ascolto – I listen; l’ascolto – listening.
I listen. Also to what remains unsaid.
Sparring and guidance for people who lead organisations – and organisations in which people have a future.
Where to begin? The real question is rarely the first one asked.
You carry responsibility. You make decisions. You navigate expectations, interests and contradictions.
And sometimes what really matters has not yet reached the table. Perhaps much is being said but little is being clarified. Perhaps change refuses to get moving. Perhaps aspiration, behaviour and culture do not quite align. Or a decision is long overdue, yet still impossible.
Then it can help to have someone across the table.
Listening does not mean agreeing.
I listen, ask questions and challenge when necessary. I address what is overlooked, avoided or politely sidestepped. I help place differing perspectives side by side, hold tensions and make the unspoken discussable.
Not because I know your future – but so you can see yours more clearly.
What it might be about.
- An organisation in transition.
- A leadership team going round in circles.
- Culture and its consequences.
- Feedback – without the curious qualifiers: honest, critical, positive …
- A conflict that consumes more energy than is visible.
- A decision that has yet to find a direction.
Or perhaps something else entirely.
We are more likely to find that out in conversation.

Management consultant, facilitator and management coach with many years of leadership and management experience. Since 2000, I have accompanied leaders, leadership teams and organisations as they engage with questions of the future and with development and change.
I am mainly approached for organisational analyses and culture diagnostics, leadership feedback, facilitation, conflict consulting and coaching. I am also a trained mediator and co-founder of More Than Checks.
That is the factual part.
The more important one:Even after 40 years, I still enjoy working with people – and seeing things begin to move.
Some things are better done together.
When a task calls for additional perspectives or expertise, I work with partners whose work I know and value.
A conversation?
Curious? So am I.
Tell me what is on your mind.
I do not promise a quick answer. But a conversation that may take you further.
